Self-Care Tips from UofS

Whether you are in self-quarantine, working from home or just practicing social distancing, we all are adjusting to a new normal amid the COVID-19 pandemic. While this can be a stressful time, there are a few things we can do to tend to our physical and emotional needs. In this video, some University of Sudbury community members share some self-care tips to cope with isolation and stress. Thank you to the individuals who have so graciously shared their video messages with us.
