The University of Sudbury Residence truly provides a comfortable "home away from home" for its residents. With space for 176 students, it is a bustling community where students can enjoy their time on campus.

Although this is the University of Sudbury’s Residence, all Sudbury postsecondary students are welcome to live in it, regardless of where they study. Our unique and diverse mix of residents is part of what makes us a great choice for Sudbury student housing.

Living in a residence community as a student can offer a variety of opportunities to enhance your post secondary experience.

In a bilingual environment, a range of activities, services and support are provided by our Residence team, who will be there to support and guide students during their stay and to help ensure they have an enjoyable and successful time with us.

While staying at the University of Sudbury Residence, students will enjoy the option of staying in a single room or a double room both styles including a bed with mattress, closet with drawers, desk and chair. Additionally, all rooms have internet connectivity.
